Our roach control system is simply the best program around! We use gel bait as the foundation of our system. The advantages of gel baiting are many:

1. Tenants do not have to leave their apartments, because gel is applied out of reach, and not distributed in the air. Your tenants will suffer less disruption, and they will be happy to let the “pest guy” in on schedule. 
2. Gel bait is much safer than fogging. Hydramethylnon, the active ingredient in the gel bait, is 500% less toxic than the closest liquid insecticide used in roach control. Best of all, with gel, the poison is hidden out of reach of pets and children, whereas fogging fills the air and coats all living area surfaces with poison. 
3. Unlike fogging, the bait attracts the roaches, instead of driving them into untreated areas in the building. Thus, if an apartment does not get treated on the initial trip, it will not become the “haven” for all the roaches in the building. 
4. Gel bait has a residual value of several years, meaning the bait that is “left over” can potentially eliminate a future “encroachment” before you even become aware of it!
