Our Customer Service
We employ I.P.M.– Integrated Pest Management — in our approach to servicing our customers. I.P.M. emphasizes pinpoint accuracy in targeting pests, with a minimum of needless chemical intrusion into living spaces. Bug Beaters will not only treat, but will make practical recommendations to help avoid the reappearance of pests. This approach is not only responsible, but is the most economical approach for the homeowner. We want to make you a customer, but most of all we want to have you as a satisfied customer.
We will not:
- Pressure you to sign a contract for services.
- Try to talk you into a long-term agreement.
- Offer a reduced price with no guarantee.
What We Will Do
Most jobs can be priced over the phone, so you don’t have to worry about a high pressure salesman coming to your home or business. Bug Beaters is particularly attuned to the needs of landlords. The owner of Bug Beaters, Ken Hodgkins, owns several apartment buildings himself, and has dealt with all the inconveniencies of most pest control services: applicators showing up late, and sometimes not at all; missing units because they can’t figure out the key system; the legendary “30 seconds per unit” treatment; techs insulting your tenants. Bug Beaters was founded as an alternative to the typical pest control company, and we intend to serve our customers individually, with good, honest service, and to back up every job we do with a guarantee.
